About this concept

Intended audience

Homeowners, landlords, and small property managers nearby. Some are dealing with a problem right now and searching on a phone; others are planning a water heater replacement or a bathroom update and comparing a few local companies.

Design goal

Make it obvious what the company does and how to reach it, with a call button always within reach on mobile, while the service pages answer common questions before someone picks up the phone.

Look and feel: Deep navy with sky-blue accents and a pink call-to-action, bold sans-serif headings, and simple line icons for each service.
